I have a 1978 Westfalia with what sounds like a bad wheel bearing, Theres an obvious loud humming noise that will go away momentarily if I turn the wheel aggressively to the right, Inspected and replaced any bearings that were questionable and the noise is still there, is there anything else that could cause this scenario?

With front wheel bearings, it's best to ditch 'the good one' even if you
think it's only the inner or the outer.
The only other thing would be the belts separating inside a defective tire.

I replaced both front bearings on that side and the races. The tires are brand new, actually started to make the noise with the old tires before I changed them. Had the rear apart and replaced the outer bearing
