Hi everyone,
I've had a very special stickpin badge offered to me...
I have the standard version (silver with blue background) and the blue boxed 8-carat variant too. This burgundy one was apparently issued only to dealers. It is 24-carat, with a diamond surround. Not cheap... 
Can any of you tell me a bit more about them, please?

I've had this inspected by two jewelers.
They 'think' that it's platinum up top and white gold on the 'stick'. The 'VW' is surrounded by diamond shards.
We're still hunting for info' on this as well as an approximate value (as an object, not as a piece of jewelry).
Can anyone assist, please?
