What do I need for a 59 Bus?

so at that point if I want lo profile then 55 if not then 60?

For stock tire sizes, see this thread from the Bus FAQ:

GR78-15 has one equivalent of P215/75R15 so it's should be a larger tire than stock - 215 vs. 205. It might not be much larger though, tires vary a little by manufacturer.

You don't want low profile tires if the Bus is stock height.
