SF Bay Area body/paint recommendations?

I posted this in the Vanagon forum also, but thought some folks here might have some suggestions...

My '86 Westy has been sitting for a bit. I installed a new windshield about 5 years ago, and did some minor windshield frame touch up and sealing before installing the glass.
Well, I guess I didn't a solid enough job, as now it is starting to bubble a tiny bit. I'd love to bring it to someone who could weld some new metal, seal it really well, and do a little paint match.

Any ideas are most welcome!
