I am looking at a potential move to Delaware and would like to speak with car enthusiasts from Delaware about registration, inspections etc...I spent some time on the Delaware motor vehicle site and from what I read it looks like safety and emission testing is mandatory for post 1968. I did find the "antique" category for vehicles over 25 years of age.

I currently live in NJ and have a 1971 Ghia.

Why not simply call an inspection station in Delaware and ask since nobody has answered you question?
