I'd rather be driving my bus to Mexico than talking politics. Cool

Hi Guys! What's going on in this thread?!

[reads thread] Confused

Didn't anybody mention vaccines/autism, the Illuminati, chemtrails, or the Oxford comma yet?

Guess I'll leave for another two months.

When in Oxford, do as the commas do.

There is no debate. Non-users of the Oxford comma must die.

Putting all the static aside (mine included) it seems like the engine problem had nothing to do with how it was built or how many miles are on it. More to the point, the lifter failure seems inspired by parts failure. To that end, it would seem very reasonable for Robbie to not look at this as a Rebuild, and more along what Telford considers a very deep repair.

Further, it could then be argued the work that had to be done at Rich’s place was through no fault of any involved party and is really an unfortunate experience. Had the lifter NOT failed, Robbie would have kept on going.

To each of their credit, Robbie’s Spidey Sense was tingling and he prevented what could have resulted in a hugely negative and costly “conundrum” which for many would result in a UHaul truck and trailer combo, and Rich did a HUGE thing by lending real support, with a shop connection, his garage, food and probably a hot shower.

Maybe not a hot shower.

Anyway...

hey now Wasted youth, don't go getting the thread side tracked.

Now about the comma...

I didn't even realize this is a debate. I know something I didn't this morning. Thanks skillz. Cool

As I watched the video I realized that "Oxford Press" sounded familiar. Must be the text books I used in school.

I second Abscate's proposal. Razz

You were so over the famous fuel filter saga thread, too. Then you got bored.

Please provide the correct punctuation for the following sentences:

Lets eat grandma

Eats shoots and leaves

A) if you are a psychopath
B) If you are a first-grader trying to ace your work sheet.

With as mean as we have been to Robbie lately, I think he has gone off to whittle Oboe reeds in a bamboo forest alone. Where are'st thou these days Robbie?

Hum... Think Was I bored or just astounded, shocked, mistified and perplexed that you A) left on the trip with a known rusty/dirty tank and B) continued on your itinerary with that fuel tank that only clogged your fuel filter at shorter and shorter intervals? All the while being recalcitrant to others advice and suggestions and offers of help.

Several of us were wondering how badly you would have ripped to shreds one of your customers/friends for doing that! Wink
