Empi rear disk problems?

My buggy has been on road for years never done. Have a squeak right rear looks like rotor warp. Replaced stub axle and it looked better. Short drive and squeak returned. Turned rotor another short drive and squeak back again. Checked caliper it floats and is in range. Should i buy another Empi rotor or scrap and buy different manufacture brakes?

are you using the CRC Disc Brake Quiet?
that worked on my Empi brakes

It keeps warping rotor. I think bad rotor.
