Ok, as seen by pic below my 019 seems to be clocked strange. You can barely make out pulley marks. It is a 67 with original engine 2 mark pulley. Timed just shy of mark 2. Runs happy, rotor pointing to mark in dizzy body, so why does the badge seem to be so far off to driver's side? Any ideas?

Let me clarify a touch, I am pretty sure I don't have anything g wrong going on, and have read several of Glenn's threads on dizzy clocking. I am still a little fuzzy on why the distributor would clock a specific way on one engine and slightly different on another. Is it strictly due to the gear/ drive mesh on any particular engine?

The driveshaft has 11 teeth and yours was installed 3 teeth too far.

Thanks Glenn, that's what I suspected but still needed a touch of convincing.

So what is the full advance of the distributor at 2500 rpm.
