I have a spacer for my new 34 Pict-3 carburetor since the pump linkage is hitting the alternator body. This will require longer studs for the carburetor, I assume?

If so, How do the old studs come out, are they threaded or pressed in place?

It's a Bocar 34 Pict-3

They should be threaded and come out by double nutting .
