Saturday morning humor!

Looks like a Vanagon wheel to me.

I suppose it's cheaper to remove the wheel than pay the fine as well as abandon it because the locking device might have a tracker ...LOL

I too don't think it is a vanagon wheel. I think the center is wrong and there are no hubcap mounting bulges. A funny picture nontheless!

That boot looks like a cheapo (<$50 at Amazon) and was probably installed by a mall cop or a friendly prankster.
