Camper propane heater - type?

Hi,

I am looking to buy a 1996 Eurovan camper yet the propane heater does not work.

As the seller explains: "I smell propane and the fan goes on but no heat"

To get a handle on the proposed cost of repairing, I contact a local RV dealership and they replied:

"As long as it is a regular RV furnace we can. If it is a Catalytic heater then we can't."

Question: What type of heater is it?

If it’s an EVC from Winnebago it’s furnace type.
