Neato, but I’m concerned that the carrier restricts the visibility of the light, i.e. w/out the carrier that light can be seen from a wider range of angles. Maybe it’s a non issue. Pics at night would help.

The housing doesn't actually block any of the reflecting portion of the lens - the lens is free and clear of it. I'll take some night pictures eventually, unless someone else prints the part and beats me to it
