Is there any advantage to these rockers/shafts?

They seem fairly inexpensive for what they are and seem to be that they would be a great addition to any engine.

I have some on my Daily Driver. 1.25's. I pulled them off after 8k miles just to check the wear, and shows no wear. Cam is mild though(CB2236).

Not a great addition to ANY engine, but at least a well thought-out one. You'll need lash caps and custom length pushrods that are made for your particular engine.
