While not quite as rare seeming as most of the accessories here, I do have these Huls camping hinge extensions out of my last 70 Squareback! I'm wondering if and how they mount to a 72. Not a ton of info out there for them it seems.
Decent shape! Not sure if I'm missing anything for em. _________________ '71 Shantung Yellow AT/FI Squareback |

Originals are nice to have. Not so popular to install. They have been repoped as well. I don't think they are desirable so that makes them rare because nobody installs them 😋 _________________

My observation was that they are not popular. You may like them but I think most people dont. I would want yours because they are a period correct made for T3 accessory. Not to put on the car.
If they were popular, then why do not more people have them?

Im not picking on you Kai - my ski rack above is the same. Nice nos accessory but not popular. Lots of accessories are like that. I hate that hood handle, door handle scratch guards and Diamonte rocker trim. _________________

I still think the trims are very cool, and not just saying that because I have a set for sale.
I had similar trims on my lowlight ghia as well, it's just a nice and original period correct touch that's not screeming 'look at me, look at me!' _________________ Insta: @kaiscollectionvt

Like always Santa and the Three wise man never fail me. I got three pairs of NOS mudflaps and an NOS Kamei rear cargo cover for squareback,
