Where should the drain holes be in the door?
I've looked for them and can't find them.
Getting ready to just drill some. |

Type 3's have drain slots in the doors at the Low points but they get plugged up with crud. I've drilled drain holes in the pans behind the seats at the Low points, when they got flooded! _________________ https://imgur.com/user/FisherSquareback/posts

On Beetle doors, you should be able to see two holes when looking up from under the door . . . each being just in from the front/rear edge of the door . . . outboard from the weather-strip . . . . UNLESS someone has done repair work to the door . . . .
It is best to remove the door-cards and clean out the bottom of the doors . . . look for the holes.
