Looking for hints, ideas, or what works in keeping mice out of my beetle during storage. No cats though.

Cut out 4 disks of 1/4" plywood that are 12" in diameter and cut or use a hole saw in the center that is the diameter of the 4 jack stands tube part (or whatever shape you have) and jack the VW up and set on the stands and the disks will keep rodents out and your tires fresh. When I first used this I used plastic dog neck cones so use your ideas if they are easier. Don't forget to run the gas out of the carb and remove the battery (good time to coat the battery floor area to prevent rust through).
