I know you blow air into one tube and it should blow out the other...just mot sure which tube to attach the air hose on this particular canister.

The weight is the give away. It should be feather weight, if not it’s toast.

If flooded and heavyweight don’t just replace it, something isn’t working right.
Its job was to catch the fuel vapors from the gas tank and “swallow” them up and hold it in it’s stomach(canister). Once your engine is running happy the fumes get plumed into the intake burning it off during normal running conditions, sounds good right?
