| I picked up a VWoA hardtop for $400 last weekend, its decent but needs some work as expected. It has some minor stress cracks and the plates that hold the pins and latches are loose. It has all three windows which are intact but need new seals. Im debating on doing some of the repairs myself like glassing in the pins and having it coated with Linex Ultra or similar product. I am leaning toward having a professional do the repairs and re-gelcoat the top black, its currently white but not the WV white. My question is does anyone know or recommend someone that could repair and gelcoat my hardtop in the Long Beach/Southern California area? |
