Posted this in the bug forum. Curious to know if it’s usable for my 74 bug or bus.
Perhaps you guys have seen one like it. My guess it’s to a different type of car.
My post is at the end of this link.

Joe Chirco told me that some Blistein jacks were painted blue, and that VW used whatever supplier of jacks they could to furnish the cars in time for delivery. Dunno the accuracy on that, but your jack seems to confirm it.

Weird, that in two forums nobody has seen one like this. Unicorn?
Are late bay window bus and late beetle jacks universal?

Hello,
the shown Bilstein in the link may be for another type of car...
not T2 bay window... may be T3 vanagon VW 251011031 missing the knob?!?
the blue Bilstein may be an aftermarket product - or for other cars as e.g. for Mercedes Benz - the colors of Bilstein are blue and yellow.
There are two types of original on-board tool jacks for the bay window:
(I do not know the Brazilian or South African version)
211 011 031 B, 1968-72, jack without fixed crank:
211 011 031 C, 1973-1979, jack with fixed crank, Bilstein:

In difference my original Bilstein jack in my VW Karmann Ghia, Type 14, 1970:
