Step one completed, took the Laser to H2Oi 2020 where it got impounded very quickly for the ride height... Oh well, looks fucking killer and I'm stoked on where it sits.

A TV show on the Brubaker Box reminded me of the Laser 49er. Back in 1976-77 I worked for a graphic design firm in Golden Valley, MN. One day my boss and I drove out to Cokato to the Elite factory where I took pictures of the Laser 49er full scale mockup. From these photos I created two airbrush illustrations that were used in the first published folder about the car. Had no idea they actually produced and sold several cars.

Hopefully it has an air suspension and will raise up when started? I like the original stance but each to his own. Would make a cool camper with side tent and roof top sleeping.
