Thank you for your input but I'm still struggling with this.
I have attached a jumper from battery to positive side of coil. (15)
No spark at distributor cap via coil wire.
I have tested the coil and got readings of 4.0 between 1 and 15 or neg. and pos. posts.
Readings between center of coil to either secondary post was 8,900.
Should I have power at negative (1) post on coil when #15 is hot ? I don't.
New wire, cap, rotor button and spark plugs.
I have attached pictures of Bosch distributor which contains magnetic pick up. No points. There seemed to be an unusual amount of grease on the distributor cam when I looked closer. Distributor looks fairly new. (For what its worth)

Check your hi tension leads for continuity. If ok, be sure it is fully seated on the coil. Are all your wires fully seated?
If ok, the lets isolate the coil.
Post 15 needs to get 12v positive power. Every time post 1 is grounded and released, a hi voltage pulse should go thought the center tower. Take a spark plug and use the center lead from the coil to connect to a spark plug and ground the outter electrode. after power is applied tothe coil, ground and unground post 1. Do you get a spark? _________________ 1970 Deluxe Sunroof Bay Brilliant Blue/Cloud White
