Thanks for the tips on the brake lines, while I don't really want to replace the entire floor plans just seems like the right thing to do if I'm there already, and might as well get rid of any potential problems. Finally got to taking the interior out and saw the damage, what do you think about the heater channels, these pics are passenger side but drivers side is similar. Is it fixable or need to replace?

Some of that damage looks like a leaking windshield seal, or was leaking in the past.Floors look like they are needed. Without more digging, I couldn't say about the heater channels, by they are common to rust thru. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

The door seals are completely shot, both sides, not sure why passenger side was a little worse. More cutting and welding will be needed |
