Ordered up some parts for our winter projects.
I have the driver's side luggage area from m&t and passenger side from cip1
See pictures .
Cip driver side indentation is not curved
Appears to be the same company for both b&t?
Is the passenger side available without a straight indentation.

I have the entire luggage area piece, and it has the same driver's side curved indentation/passenger side straight indentation, so your pieces are likely correct.

I don't know if the passenger side is available with a curved indent, but it seems unlikely.

Better question might be why is one curved and one not?
I don't know the answer offhand but I would bet it has do with another part.

I believe curved indent is used to route a wire harness in. perhaps it is curved to best accept the harness. Straight indent may be only used as a stiffening feature, curved one does both routing of harness and stiffening.

Just my guess.
