UGH,
So i dug into my ingnition switch. The PO put a toggle switch on the dash and then a push button on the tunnel. Of course all the wires are cut back to under the dash. I have taken apart my column and replaced the switch. Im just wondering if anyone has a correct wiring diagram for the Thing. I have an original wire harness but it does not seem to match up with what I have for wires. There is miss matched colour wires of different size. I have looked at many diagrams with no avail. Please let me know if you have an adea.
Thanks for any help.

You will find the Thing wire diagram in the technical section along with the owner's manual. You are only dealing with 4 wires, The wire numbers are on the black connector plug for the ignition switch.
15 small blk. wire goes to the hot side of the #1 fuse.
30 large red wire goes to the hot side of the #10 fuse.
50 large red/black wire goes to red/black wire in main wire loom (starter)
X large red/white or red or red/black wire goes to light switch X terminal |
