Vacuum pump question 1.6D

I am planning on priming the motor, 1.6D, by pulling the vacuum pump and spinning the oil pump shaft. I see in the manual that there is a rubber o-ring where the vacuum pump mounts. Is that o-ring reusable?

Yes. Just make sure it's not damaged or flattened.

Also do I turn the pump shaft clockwise, looking at it from the top?
