Building a vw trike. Can't keep a brake pedal. Pumps up let go 3sec. no brake. there are no leaks. Using a EMPI 3/4 pedal and a in line pressure sensor , and a line lock. push in brake and push switch down and it locks the rear brakes. seems to work. I have bleeded them many times messing with it. The worst part is that there are not any leaks and not brakes. Anybody have anything they might think?

| make sure the shoes are tight to the drums when bleeding. then back them off to a slight drag. |

| Sorry I forget to say there disc brakes in the rear. |

| that's what i was thinking. but it doesn't leak. just took out of package. i got it a year ago so no guarantee. maybe i should try to see if they sell a rebuild it. |

| could be that the seal are bad a rebuild kit mite take care of it check the bore for out of round before you get kit |

i will take it apart this weekend and check. it's a new pedal. but it's been sitting around awhile.
