Convertible door brace measurements

I have a 1970 standard convertible. I am getting ready to take the body off the pan, but I need to know the correct measurements for the door openings so that I can weld braces in. My heater channels have already been replaced partially but were done incorrectly and my doors already do not close right, so I’m afraid to just close the doors and take measurements that way and risk getting a wrong measurement. Here’s what I used. I used metal spacers on the shock towers and beam to square it up. I then pulled it together to the picture dimension. I redid my hinges then checked gaps. Then you can brace it up. Check measurements before and after brace.
