Woodstock 2019 is officially on!
Let's all caravan our air cooled VWs to Watkins Glen this August!
I'll be headed there in my 65 Bus.
Anyone from out West want to make a once-in-a-lifetime adventure?
Do you suppose we could get VWoA to underwrite a VW-exclusive "compound"? |

I want to go and would definitely camp in my bus...curious to see what ticket prices are going to be and what bands end up playing.

I'm planning on taking my bus to Bethel because I want to be where the original one happened. I'm afraid the Michael Lang Woodstock will be too commercial like 94 and 99 were

I also want to attend the Bethel one. Not much info out there yet. My club (CJVWS) has been trying to find camping near the show. Not much luck.

I'm seriously considering going to the one in Bethel if there's going to be a good VW turnout. I'll keep monitoring this thread to see if anything evolves.

All surrounding campgrounds are booked solid. I joined the "Woodstock 50th Anniversary: Fact or Fiction Discussion" group on Facebook and they're all saying to go to Yasgur's farm and camp there.

Looking to go to the Bethel site for the Woodstock festival in August. Driving my 73 bay window. Hoping there will be space to camp. I haven’t seen anything about camping at the site. Will there be a bus gathering area?
