Old tarboard insulation - to keep or not to keep?

Hi all,

Finished pulling the tarboards and I just wanted to send a huge thanks to everyone for taking the time to post in. There was some rust beginning to set in on the driver's front floor pan. Nothing a wire wheel and inhibitor couldn't tackle but definitely something that would have caused problems if left unchecked.
