'71 Westfalia Camper Plug Outlet Cover

Does anyone know if they make a cover for this camper plug outlet on the driver side? When I repainted I wanted to keep the option to have the plug but for now I would like to remove the plug and just have a flat cover there. I feel like I’ve seen a chrome one somewhere but can’t find anything online and I don’t even know what it would be called. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

As far as I know the only cover for it is the one you posted above. I think anything else you’ll have to make.
