thats an old Gene Berg linkage setup...probably 30 yrs old....the state that company is in after he died, i doubt that its still available....thats one of his "porsche style" breather boxes and heavy steel "equalizer" pullys too

I bought one for a friend less than a yer ago.

They even make a version for shrouds with the offset fan tin.
