Not sure what’s in stock, but stateside it’s usually readily available

http://www.busdepot.com/211843368

Part number. 211843368

A generic Google search of the part number came up with sources worldwide. I haven’t heard of any varying quality with this part from one place to the next

I also have an extra one I could send you. Now that I have moved to a pickup I no longer need the slider door hardware.

Just a note that the new nylon blocks require clearancing to fit into some bay slider door tracks. Once installed, the top inner corner needs a 45° angle cut a few mm deep to clear the block upper guide lip.

See how this one has an angled cut?

Some commonly available blocks don't have that cut, but need it:

Back in the early '80s I needed one but could not find one. So I cut the end off a plastic handled screw driver and made my own. It wasn't pretty but it sure worked fine.

Note that the black nylon block will work, but my understanding it is "correct" for vanagons?
I use to be able to get the clear/white nylon blocks from Bus Depot but the last two I order have turned to the dark side, which caused me to also have to do some clearing of material to fit and function correctly.
