Hi, I’ve been looking for original rear interior door panels cards for a long time that are brick red/off white stripe. The issue is that they are one year only for the 64 with the wider grain, and thicker vinyl, but I can’t find any in the right color. So I know that the door panels is changed the shape for the 1965 model year but not the vinyl type. Was the change just the location of the hole for the rear seat back on the panel and vinyl? Was the overall shape of the panel completely different? I know it would be perfect but would a 65 vinyl, with a little trimming for the hole fit over a 64 panel? This is a bit of a confusing question so sorry in advance. Also I’d be interested if anyone has the correct ones too. Thanks for the help!
The water blue one is a 64 only, the one it’s being compared against is a 63 and earlier with the piping and tigher grain vinyl. The brick red and off white on by its self is a 65 and later panel that I was wondering if it’d work with a hole change. Thanks!

Most Beetles don't have a "rear door"...
