I don't see a thread anywhere for a modern sizing chart for vintage hardware.

I'm looking for the following-

N 13 905 2
N 11 526 2

Not sure about the first one.

N 11 526 2 = 8.4 DIN 125, high-polish galvanized
Still commercially available (galvanized, just not high polish galvanized)... one place here.

The 200 HV zinc (step up from regular zinc) is pretty shiny.

Thanks. The first one is the screw for the safari tab that mounts to the dash

I just did a Google search for... VW "N 13 905 2" ... and it found the Type 1 manual on OACDP:- http://oacdp.org/pdfs/type1part-09Searchable.pdf

Search that PDF. It says it's a Tapping screw, button head B 2.9x9.5

Sounds like it should be a fairly common self-tapping screw.

Sounds like that'd be a DIN 7981C, phillips H, Type C

I've ordered stuff from this place... but they have a minimum order... maybe $25 or $30.
