I am looking for the lock mechanism on the inside of the cargo doors. I would like to see how the lock is attached to the locking bars. Who can help me with that? And what differences are in here (barndoor, low hinges and high hinge)

Here are some pictures.
I did a Gallery search, search term = cargo lock
You’ll get different results if you search: cargo latch

When you are looking at the pictures and see one you like... click on “Search Firums for photo”
There may be associated discussion.

The locking bars attach with screws.

There are differences between the years, I would consult the online Bus shop manual for changes over the years:

Section 8 is "Body"
