EZ Camper UK - help needed

Afternoon all,

After 6 years of resto with myself and my father we are almost at priming stage.

Having restored the Hehr louvred windows and trial fitted we are finding the windows pulling the panels as a dip right where the strengthening bar is inside. Now I know it will never be perfect but has anyone got advice on trying to make it better from personal experience?

I have tried a flexible wood frame inside but no difference.

Do I just have to live with this despite getting everything else to show condition?
