Where the FAQ have you been looking? Very Happy Post Barndoor, Wolfsburg Bus Features And Changes

From the "Technical" tab... (single cabs weren't broken out specifically, after 1958): Type 2 Production Figures

Not directly bearing on the question, but some relevant timelines for factory production, including Buses:
Image may have been reduced in size. Click image to view fullscreen.

Some holes still to fill, obviously.

It is not official, just a chart I made when I got curious, more about Bugs and Type 3s than Buses, but I took any dates I could find and received from many folks here. This was aimed primarily at factories that built vehicles destined for the USA. Factories for other markets are almost too numerous for a chart like this!

Hopefully it helps, and anyone with corrections, please PM me.
