Hi guys! Is it possible to assembly the gearbox holder in the picture after to fix the gearbox in the bus or not?

Yes, it goes on after the transmission nose cone and seal are pushed into the body mount.

The round seal must be put on the nose cone first before installation

Patrick, das aufgenietete Blech ist nur eine Hilfsmaßnahme, um die Quetschkraft auf den Gummi zu erhöhen. falls die Kupplung rupft ! ( also wenn der Gummi zu locker wäre). das ist kein original VW teil sondern eine vom Werk empfohlene Änderung. Selbstverständlich kannst Du so ein Blech selbst ausschneiden und mit der originalen hufeisenförmigen Halteplatte vernieten oder verschrauben. Die Niete dienen nur zu Positionierung des Distanzblechs.

Everett, I think there was some slight misunderstanding in communication, that's why I was explaining in German. I think the question is about if one could modify the existing VW transmission mount plate for the spacer.
It was used in combination with a 2mm larger replacement rubber element.
the idea is to increase clamping force to rubber mount, in case of clutch chatter.

The spacer is a recommendation from factory. I think they encouraged to do this in shop ( not a factory installation or spare part).
Correct me if I am wrong.
