Thing accessories are not really rare (I know, here we go...), but having a sense of what various parts are called will lead you to many gallery shots. I'm chiming in because I've had one since 1985- and have done a few things to it. A few quick Thing-only accessories available since the early days that come to mind:

Roll bars/cages; fiberglas top; Brush guard with or without wings; Hood rack; Bumperettes; Running Boards.

The Thing shop in AZ has virtually doubled the number of dealer accessories- with items including: Rigid side curtains; Glove box doors; Door pocket hatches and heavy duty mirrors.

The winch is pretty damn hard to find.

Great submissions!
I've got that original Rogue article from my childhood- and tried to give my car a little of that look- even pursued a full set of those wheels in the wilds of Salt Lake City! I confused many when I painted the push bar white too.

How did you mount that bike rack on your roll bar? Very nice!

Thanks! That's a regular set of Yakima crossbars- cut to fit just within the roll bar supported by Yakima bar clamps- without the towers. The collars around the roll bar are just 1-3/4" galvanized fence post tension bands. I bolted the bands directly into the Yakima bar clamp bases. It sits just below the soft top when up.
