Yes on noticing basement bus. She didnt even flinch.
Decided to start pulling the old heater tubes and to start ordering bits and pieces to refresh that system in anticipation for fall driving.
Definetly a Georgia bus.
Its amazing what will dissapear into the black hole of defroster vents.
A socket, pens, bobbie pin ( remember those), a nail, radio knob, etc. _________________ You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer. Zappa

getting ready for summer music tour around New England area. Many shows and nights on the road. Maine, VT, NH, Mass, and NY. Probably only 1000 miles round and about. Seamus still looks like ass but is running like a top. wife is starting off tonight and taking her girlfriend to Jack Johnson for an overnight solo trip, with AAA card in hand and a rescue trailer about 2 hours away if needed. she is nervous, i am not.
put Seamus to work as a heavy hauler the other day. sister in law downstate needed the pig roast tent and chairs at her house. Loaded up and took backroads to bring everything down to her. Normal highway time is 2 hours. My route took 4. im good with that.
30 folding chairs, plus the tent and poles. we were HEAVY, but hauled just fine. set up a little side yard camping at her house.
trip went well and bus ran great. it certainely feels like it runs faster now that its empty again.
built a little hillbilly hippie shower for the upcoming summer trips.
