Anyone have a trailer hitch vise? I'm looking for input on the ones below.
I need to get a new vise, and I'm thinking a 2" receiver "portable" vise would be more useful. They also come with a fixture to use in the garage. I would take it with me on extended off-road trips - beyond AAA range.
Thanks.

Curious what you need a vice for on a trip?

(I always have my vices with me but none attach to a hitch. They are mostly in my mind.)

The Syncro, in itself, is a significant vice.
The Mac's looks like the best 'trail vise'.

What about a winch plate https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014LEOV2I
And then drill it for whatever size vise you wanna carry.

There's lots of winch plates available, this unit looks like a beefier one.
