1700cc industrial engine runs for a short time then runs out of fuel as seen through glass filter.After stalling the filter refills again with air bubbles coming from the fuel pump side.The gas tank is vented and the screen in the pump has been cleaned.Does this sound like a pump problem or a vapour lock
