Went the vinyl Tweed route myself, even though the upholstery shop tried talking me out of it.

Looking for inspiration. Instead of starting a new thread, I thought I would rehash this.
I am at the point of finding an upholstery shop to get my interior done. So, I am looking for some inspiration and would love to see everyone post theirs. I am currently stuck on some shade of tan, as I like the tan canvas convertible tops available against the color of my Ghia. As a reminder, mine is kind of a dark burgundy, kind of grape color in the sun.
It doesn't matter what color your interior is or what pattern you have, I would just like to see all the combinations, all vinyl, vinyl and tweed, all tweed, all cloth, etc. Give me some ideas and suggestions, open to other color possibilities.
Show whatcha got!

Ha Ha....Thank you Moogie! I was messing with him. One of my few skills is to search sites...except for this one too many times!
Besides the inspiration, I really just wanted everyone to show off their interiors. We see the motor threads, faces, Ghia's, just thought it would be fun to see the interiors.

Thanks Although not original, they're my touches
And the door trims are either hard to find in europe, or very expensive (like 40-50/piece). So if you cannot guess what they are at first glance, then good for me . They're actually Beetle running board trims
Same goes for the door card trims, there's little to to info about them "over here", so I improvised also, with some similar parts.
Would have not made these steps on a 100% original car, but yeah. Mine is a tribute to the early ones

Our interior was originally black vinyl but we wanted something to lighten the interior up a bit and hopefully nicer in warm weather. Eventually went for a variation on the late 60s/early 70s cloth trim option, which goes well with the yellow paint. The covers were made by a local VW trimmer based on a doctored brochure photograph.

You're right, so many nice combinations!
It's the first time I see that cloth in new condition. I didn't really care for it while only seing it on tired, worn out seats.....but new? Its looking amazing! And it's surely nicer in summer.
One short story from a car show maybe 2-3 years ago in summer, one of the warmest days ever. I started driving home with my bug (vinyl seats....) and thought hmm actually it's not that bad, I don't feel that much heat.
Until I got out at home, and found out why.... my back was drenched _________________ Vlad's 72 Ghia (Once in a Lifetime Restoration topic)
