Does anyone know where I can get a cylinder head CC kit and deck height measuring tool for a 36hp engine? thanks. |

I just use what I can find that will hold the cylinders in place and a pair of Digital Calipers. Then anything that measures cc's of water a cc beaker or cup will work.
Also a TableSpoon of water is about 14.8cc and a 25 cent piece is .81 cc's.

When I need to cc heads I just took a 1/4” piece of lexan and scribed a circle with a compass and cut along the line. Then I drilled a hole to add liquid and it was done. But I have a small bandsaw. I also have an old adjustable size hole saw that would work to make the disks. |

Hi Ebel, looks like Mathew from Aircooled Research cc’d the chambers when he rebuilt my heads but I will keep this info for my next rebuild. Thanks! |
