I've read a little about how this setup works, but looking for advice as to what I should be checking for my specific symptoms...
That is, the fans (I believe both, but need to double check) are not shutting off, ever. I disconnected the battery, let the vehicle cool down for 6 hours, although it is 110F here) and reconnected battery, fans immediately turned on as soon as power as reconnected.
Thoughts? Vehicle is a 91 T4 AAB if it matters. |

Pull off the temp sensor wiring harness from the passenger side of the radiator. If the fans stay off then the sensor is shorted internally.
