| Hey guys. Does anyone know of any vw events in IL? Been looking around and cant seem to find any vw specific events. |

| There's funfest for air-cooled Volkswagen put on by Mid America Motor works in early June every year which usually has several hundred vws |

"Buses Nowhere Near The Arch #34", held about 30 miles west of Hannibal, MO/Quincy, IL on the upcoming Labor Day weekend Aug 30th thru Sept 2nd, 2019. Just over the western Illinois border on Mark Twain Lake, Missouri. Go to: www.bnnta.com for complete info. Lots of VWs camping right on a 22 mile long lake! I'm guessing that it is about a 3 hour drive for you? Awesome weather forcast too!

| Thanks a lot guys. The only one I knew of was the bus by the arch or “not” by the arch I guess. I dismissed it at first becuase I don't have a bus. But a half decent one is for sale near me. Never know. |

All you need to participate is any type or year of VW product, any model, as long as it's a VW to attend the four day long BNNTA VW camping weekend.

This. I actually went to the BNNTA event one year in a Porsche 914. It's at least half VW, right? Bill and the crew for the event are very welcoming and friendly.
Camping in it was a little cramped in the 914 compared to a bus...  but a great event nonetheless.
