That’s paint correction — by Nicholai!
Our car is coming home tomorrow. Dwayne said no more peep shows. Can’t wait for the reveal!
Our car has had quite the makeover. _________________ 1973 Porsche 914 2.0

Another shot of the barn find-
Sold at a show car price, mind you.
Yes, I would say the paint has been corrected ... and it’s gettin’ an A+! _________________ 1973 Porsche 914 2.0

I remember when the driver from Intercity (was his name Scott?) that we both had deliver our cars suggested I reach out to you right after he delivered your inoperable Ghia. I don't have his text anymore so I will have to paraphrase but he felt bad that your car was not in better shape and asked me to help if I could since he knew we also had VWs. Boy, would he be surprised to see your car now! You should contact him - he would truly enjoy seeing what you have made of it. _________________ RIP HBB (1984-2009)

Yes, he told me about you that day!
Would love to show him the progress that has been made but I do not know how to contact him:

Those wipers
(It will become a running gag ).
The red is insane, can't wait to see it finished. But if I want to have a peek at your car, I take a look in my garage and squint a little bit
Good luck in having a driving showcar this spring

Paint wipers -> replace wipers -> replace wiper motor -> replace wiper armature-> replace wiper strut -> replace windshield -> replace fuse box -> replace wiring -> weld hole -> weld strut -> fix rust -> paint -> correct paint ...

Ha!
It’s called “feature creep” in software development.
Seems to be part of the human condition. _________________ 1973 Porsche 914 2.0
