i was running 12 General Altimax Arctics on 3 vehicles and experienced 2 shotgun blast like sidewall blowouts. both at very low speed but it soured me on these tires. they had miles on them, well past any warranty but i've not had that happen before.
going to try Cooper Evolution Winter on several vehicles this year. _________________ -dan

You will like the Coopers. I put them on my wife's Golf last year. I've also used General Altimax Arctics winter tires on my Jetta. Good tires. The Coopers do have a more aggressive block pattern tread. |
