I've been looking at rmw vs vanaru kits, you have rmw but the exhaust manifolds look like what vanaru shows on their site. But vanaru dosn't offer parts or a kit now, only a kit supplied to a pro shop for install.
Curious where your parts come from.
Looks pretty great overall. Nice work ! |

Thanks. The exhaust set up is RMW, including the headers. |

So since I got the van I have never been able to find 1st. So I got all new bushings and the "big shot" shifter upgrade. I made sure to mark the locations of where everything lined up, but I'm sure it had been messed with long before I got it because man......was it a pain to get everything lined up correctly. Where the front shaft and rear shaft come together was about 1/2 off where it was originally.

Man what a difference thought....... I really like the height difference and the shorter throw. |

Got the twin peaks rear bumper to match the front. A little longer and heavier but looks way better.

You have a very clean subaru swap! One thing i noticed while browsing through was your RMW carrier install. I have the same carrier and it looks like you installed the crossbar in the syncro spot(bottom holes), unless you were only mocking up. The only side effect of doing that on a 2wd would be losing the 1.5 inch of ground clearance it think? |

Yes that picture was just during the mocking up and drilling stage. It's installed the the 2wd upper holes.

Got a rancho rebuild installed and running smooth. Always check the gear oil because it didn't come with any and I totally almost went for a spin without checking....

Fox shocks were back in stock (for maybe 10 minutes) so I had to hop on it. The poor man's lift that had been installed by the PO sure made this job a bigger pain

After doing the front with a traditional spring compressor, I had to get a better set up because there is so little space to get a bite. Save your self some pain and get this kind
