Happy new year to everyone!
The Hispano Aleman buggy has been featured in Airmighty #41. Very well written article and superb magazine. Hope you like it.
I absolutely recommend you subscribe to Airmighty. In my view the best VW magazine worldwide

That is a very good looking buggy! I really like the addition of a Porsche engine to the package too. |

Yes, I saw that there are quite a few Porsche components in your build. Your buggy is quite special! |

The same photograper who took the pics for the Motor Clásico article, has put together this video, where you can see some more details of the buggy
Hope you like it!

Gentlemen
I need your Porsche wisdom...
The oil pressure and temperature gauges (the one most to the right) are 914 ones that connect on the heads whilst I have a 356 sc engine, which does not accept a connection on the heads...
Question is: is there any other gauge of the same diameter and looks which is compatible with a 356 engine?
many thanks!!! _________________ 50 11A

I would use a sender for the oil temperature. Have the temp gauge re-numbered based on the sender you are using. Easy to do on the work bench to make it work and install it on the car after it is dialed in. If the sensor is way off for the oil temperature you should be able to make the temp gauge work with a additional adjustable resistor units out there for test purposes. Will take some time, but it is worth the time. When you know what resistor you need just replace test box with a single resistor.
All other gauges you find , if any , will look different. Here is a link for the resistor boxes. Just to give you an idea how they look.
